Anybody have access to machining/draaibank?

Colleagues, I need to make steering stem to fit DR and Husaberg yokes(clamps). Does anybody know place you can recommend where I can order such part to be made? I seem to have difficulties finding it in Belgium so any place in Netherlands, Belgium or Germany you know?

I am working with a Mazak integrex 200SY
With this lathe i can make almost everything.

THANK YOU! I will disassemble my DR this weekend to take measurments of stock stem and then will send you email with details so that I can ask on what I would call "details" e.g. costs
Can I just put tolerance/deviation for press fits in mkm or shall I just mark where is press fit and where is slide fit? Reason I am asking - I am graduated and worked at mechanical engineer/designer but I found that in ex-Soviet Union we used totally different systems of tolerances and fit
P.S. That lathe is a DREAM!!!
