So, I finally done with all work.
Done:
1. WP Extreme forks with air bleeders and KTM/Husaberg clamps conversion, fork travel limited from 300 to 250 mm (original SR43 is 240 mm travel), forks revalved and resprung for my weight and for DR800 by Stefan Hessler
2. Beringer 4-pot brake caliper for WP Extremes
3. 2 sets of wheels (changeable in 15 minutes) - 3.50X17" front Husaberg wheel with 300 mm original DR800 brake disk, rear DR hub respoked to 4.25X17" rim for back wheel, front Pirelli Diablo Corsa III, rear Michelin pilot road. And original 21+17 wheels with Pirelli MT21 for offroad. Original wheels bearings changed to match new 17 mm axle, offset changed by 4 mm by playing with spokes so to change wheel you just need to take off small front fender, take off 17" wheels and put on original.
4. Front fender for supermoto variant from Aprillia Pegaso
5. Original iginition key module relocated to WP Extreme calipers
6. Choke relocated onto left side plastic
7. Trailtech speed sensor have 2 changeable mounts - one for 17" wheel one for 21" wheel

Unfortunately I was too tired to wash bike before taking pictures - it all covered in wood dust because I was sanding some wood pieces in garage and it covered everything :(

Did not do proper test drive yet, it's for Sunday. In the mean time I also need to re-adjust valves (I think they too lose now, making noises) and inspect and tighten balancer chain and change oil - but that is for next week. Leaving to Norway on August 1st, for road trip - on supermoto wheels :)

Amazing job!

This thing will brake like a brick! I wonder if 'stoppy's' are possible with this new setup.

Looking forward to your on experience on the road.

Of course please come! My friends from Ukraine should also arrive on 29 to start together to Norway, good chance to meet them too - one on Deauville, one on Pan European - but both are totally crazy about offroad tours and have dirt bikes at home.

Thank you everyone for your kind words! I just back from Suzuki dealer - forgot to buy gasket for magneto cover, now I have it and today can do all adjustment - valves, balancer chain, oil.
Front brake (tried yesterday) feels very interesting. Caliper came to me with racing supermoto pads, they act very strange - they have very progressive bit, not that "stop in a wall" way of biting disk. But I have second set of standard sintered pads and wonder what will be if I use them.
Also bike feels strangely low with supermoto wheels when I change quickly from offroad wheels :) which is sometimes good for short guy like me (on asphalt). With offroad wheels clearance and geometry feels same as stock.
BTW - if anybody will be looking for using same type of Beringer caliper - below is list of brake pads from other bikes compatible with this Beringer caliper:
